Two chefs and a product specialist make up the Martin Bros. Culinary Team. Steve Tiezzi is a front-of-the-house chef who focuses on concepts, presentations and culinary arts. Scott Fadden is a back-of-the-house specialist who focuses on operational issues including food cost, portion control, profit and loss and more. Our product specialist, John Smith, is responsible for finding products that maximize value and cost while offering superior quality as well as coordinating mini shows, cuttings and more.
